What Does a Managed IT Service Provider Do?

The traditional IT model is what is referred to as the Break-Fix model.  Your computer breaks, you call me, I fix it and bill you.

Pegler Technology Services aims to change that model by adding proactive work to the picture. By keeping us on retainer, I will install special software on your computers and servers.  This software allows us to remotely monitor the health of your assets to identify and correct potential problems early.

What About Security?

The software utilized by Pegler Technology Services utilizes 256-bit AES encryption on both the data at rest and data in transit.  Not only are strict password requirements enforced, but Multi-Factor Authentication is as well.  With our professional data backup services, your company will be able to respond to any emergency, even if it's just having to get a new computer.
